INTRODUCTION

UNIVRSE INTERACTIVE SDN. BHD. (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to the Customers.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of Personal Data we collect, how we process such Personal Data, and who you can contact if you have any questions or comments about this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes our processing of Personal Data as a Data Controller of Personal Data connected to the Customer’s subscription to our Services or a free trial period. Our processing of Personal Data on behalf of Customers, as Data Processor, is regulated by the Data Processing Agreement entered upon the Customer’s subscription to the Services or a free trial period. Protecting your Personal Data is our highest priority regardless of whether such Personal Data relates to your use of our Services, website, or other correspondence between you and the Company. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our processing of Personal Data in general. See section 13 for contact information.

. We encourage all our Customers to read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service thoroughly before using our Services.
2. DEFINITION
2.1 Terms and expressions with capital first letters used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings set out in this section.
2.2 “Customer”, “you”, “yours” mean a free trial user or subscriber of Services provided by the Company.
2.3 “Data Controller” and “Data Processor” shall mean “controller” and “processor” respectively as defined in the GDPR.
2.4 “GDPR” refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).
2.5 “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
2.6 “Services” mean all services rendered by the Company to the Customer, including but not limited to services located at https://univrse.io/
and our mobile/VR applications and other tools developed by the Company.
2.7 “Terms of Service” refer to the Company’s Terms available on https://univrse.io/

3. DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT
3.1 This Privacy Policy describes our processing of Personal Data as Data Controller in relation to Customer subscriptions or free trials. For all Personal Data entered, transferred, or stored on behalf of the Customer in our databases or a third-party supplier appointed by us, the Customer is the Data Controller and the Company is the Data Processor.
3.2 Our processing of Personal Data as Data Processor is regulated by the Data Processing Agreement entered into upon the Customer’s subscription.
4. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
4.1 If you sign up for our Services or a free trial, we may collect:
Contact information (email, phone number, first & last name)
Usernames and IP addresses
Company information
Payment information (if subscribing)
Cookies & usage data
Voice data and VR/AR tracking data required to operate our VR applications
4.2 Voice Data: Voice data is transmitted securely to enable communication. It may be recorded only when you request it.
4.3 VR/AR Tracking Data: Used to position your avatar. It may be stored only when you request functionality that requires recording.
4.4 We do not process sensitive Personal Data unless necessary.
5. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

We may use third-party suppliers in the EU or US to host, store, analyse, or support our Services. They only access Personal Data when necessary and under a Data Processing Agreement.
8. STORAGE & DELETION
8.1 We store Personal Data only as long as necessary.
8.2 Typically, Customer Personal Data is stored up to 3 years after termination.
Payment-related data is kept for 5 years + the current calendar year to comply with accounting laws.
9. SECURITY MEASURES
We use strong security measures including encryption, secure protocols (HTTPS/WSS), firewalls, Google Cloud security, and internal compliance procedures.
No system is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data.

We use cookies for functionality, analytics, and (if consented) marketing. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
