UNIVRSE Exhibition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the UNIVRSE Exhibition (“Event”), a virtual experience platform designed to connect participants, exhibitors, and visitors in an immersive digital environment.

By accessing, registering for, or participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Event.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the Event is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

UNIVRSE reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any participant who does not meet these requirements.

3. Registration and Access

  • Participants may be required to register prior to accessing the Event
  • Access credentials are personal and must not be shared with others
  • UNIVRSE reserves the right to approve, reject, or cancel any registration at its sole discretion
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their devices and internet connectivity meet the technical requirements.

4. Event Participation and Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other users
  • Uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Impersonating another individual or entity
  • Disrupting the normal flow of the Event or platform functionality

UNIVRSE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any participant who violates these rules without prior notice.

5. Exhibitor Responsibilities (if applicable)

Exhibitors participating in the Event must:

  • Ensure that all materials, content, and representations are accurate and lawful
  • Possess the necessary rights and permissions for all displayed content
  • Refrain from promoting misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited products or services

UNIVRSE shall not be held responsible for any exhibitor content or interactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided within the Event remain the property of UNIVRSE or their respective owners.

By submitting or uploading content to the Event, participants grant UNIVRSE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for event-related and promotional purposes.

Participants must not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Event content without prior written permission.

7. Payments and Refunds (if applicable)

  • Any applicable fees for participation must be paid in full prior to accessing the Event
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • UNIVRSE reserves the right to modify pricing or payment terms at any time

8. Technical Disclaimer

UNIVRSE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Event platform.

We are not responsible for:

  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Device compatibility problems
  • System errors, delays, or interruptions

Participants acknowledge that access may be affected by factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNIVRSE shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Any interactions or transactions between participants and exhibitors

Participation in the Event is at your own risk.

10. Privacy

UNIVRSE collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By participating in the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your information for:

  • Event management and communication
  • Platform improvements
  • Marketing and promotional purposes (where applicable)

11. Modifications to Terms

Continued participation in the Event after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
